Tom Leddo is the Vice President of Operations for Md7, a wireless real estate consulting company that specializes in managing and negotiating cell site leases. Under his operational leadership, the Md7 team has negotiated thousands of cellular antenna leases, including new builds, lease optimization, lease prepayments, easements, and amendments for site modifications and upgrades.
Tom received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He now resides with his wife Susanna and two sons, Reagan and Jackson, in San Diego, California.
Tom’s primary focus has always been on wireless infrastructure and is thus committed to sharing information among industry players to encourage mutually beneficial outcomes. Prior to Md7, he worked in private equity, founded two start-ups, and negotiated agreements for microwave relocation, tower site development, and cellular antenna colocation. Tom entered the wireless industry in 1995.
